Kiki is one of a kind : Kind, patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy are just a few words to describe Kiki. Kiki went above and beyond her job requirements. She met me on short notice, toured multiple sites and put in several offers in just a few short days. I never once felt rushed, pressured or alone throughout the entire process of searching for a home.

WOW!! Great! Kiki was a persistent realtor in selling my home. We even had an offer in January! She wanted to list my pool house in the winter, I thought the spring. She was right! We received a strong offer in January. The pictures were spectacular of my home and my house Im sure was a full-time job for her. We had an amazing amount of viewings! I had a couple short-term rentals in the house and she worked with my property manager seamlessly. Great job Kiki!! I would highly recommend Kiki as a realtor. Most of all I liked her negotiation skills cause we went back and forth many times to get a signed deal.
